Today was a fun but yet tiring day for me because i had to work in the morning and after work i had to meet up with my BFF for dinner but we ended up going for a little shopping spree though we are having another one later in the afternoon.
We took our dinner and after that we headed to get some accessories. since i owe her a V DAY gift i decided to get her a pair of earring and we each bought one. hehehe!! we also headed to Charles and Keith cos i decided to grab a pair of shoes there but ending up with a bag as well. hahaha!!
girls are always girls cos they will never stop buying things that catch their attention. Anyway i have to say that i took a long time to really decide on which shoe i wanted and whether i wanted to get the bag too. i think i took abt and hour to think?? OMG!! but the sales person there was really patient with me even though they were busy with many other customers.
all the staff at Charles and Keith Tampines Mall outlets have real good service cos they will help you to do everything you request especially the male staff there. Can you believe its a male staff n not female winning over guys. there is also another lady staff promoting the brand too me which i think is good cos usually when you go to a shoe shop the sales person wldnt promote their brand right?? they will just let you try the shoe if you like you buy, if not than its ok. so for this point i have to praise them. =))
even when its their closing time they still their job well instead not doing things in a rushy manner to go home fast yupps?? this is the right customer service a sale person should have. GREAT JOB!!
