My blog needs a new outlook

I have been thinking that my blog really needs a new outlook kind of getting really bored with my whole appearance of my personal blog. I feel that a blogskin appearance really matters a lot to not only the blogger him or herself but also to the readers.
Lately i feel that my blog post has been really boring and my whole blog seems really dull, dont you all think so?? i really need to find someone who can really change the whole outlook of my whole blog skin.
i can say that is also one of my 21st birthday wishlist, which is to get a whole new different and unique BLOG SKIN DESIGN!!!! :)
I realize my dull blogskins seems to chase all advertiser away too cos i have not been getting any adverts lately too. so upsetting. hope those advertiser will come running back to my blog for advertising.
Btw thanks to cassie i got myself a new coach bag, wristlet and keychain and i love it super lottsssss. Gonna take some picture and share it with you all in my next post. :)
